Do I need a special charger for the wireless charging variant? 

Yes, a PD or QC adapter (minimum 20W, 9V/2A) and a 3A-rated cable are required for full 15W wireless charging speeds.

Can the cooling fan variant be used without wireless charging? 

The mount functions as a standard magnetic holder regardless of whether wireless charging is active.

Will it work with my MagSafe case? 

It is fully compatible with MagSafe-enabled iPhones and MagSafe-compatible cases for maximum magnetic hold.
