Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date the order is received.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
Include all original tags (if applicable)
Be returned in the original packaging
Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements.
Return Authorization Process
All returns must be authorized in advance.
To initiate a return, please contact us to request approval. Upon authorization, you will be provided with detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers are required to inspect their orders upon receipt. If an item is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if an incorrect item is delivered, you must notify us promptly.
Upon review, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, as deemed appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods (including, but not limited to, food, flowers, or plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care and hygiene items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to obtain a different item, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy. Upon approval of the return, a new order may be placed separately.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To qualify for a withdrawal:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
Refunds
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
You will be notified of the outcome of your refund request. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Processing will typically occur within 10 business days
Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund.
