Do I need a special case for my phone to use this charger?

For the best magnetic alignment and fastest charging speeds, a MagSafe-compatible or magnetic case is recommended. Standard cases will still allow wireless charging but may reduce alignment strength.

Does this charger come with a power adapter?

The base Black and White variants include the USB-C cable only — you'll need a PD 20W+ adapter (not included). The "Add 20W EU Plug" variants include a 20W EU power adapter in the box.

Can I charge my phone and watch at the same time without reducing speed?

The station manages power distribution intelligently across all three pads simultaneously without throttling individual device speeds.

Is it safe to leave devices charging overnight?

The built-in overcharge protection automatically cuts power once devices reach 100%, making all-night charging safe for your battery.

What Apple Watch models are supported?

All Apple Watch models with a magnetic charging port are supported, including Series 1 through 10, Ultra, Ultra 2, and SE (1st and 2nd generation).

Can I use this with non-Apple devices?

The smartwatch and earbuds pads are Apple Watch and AirPods speecific. The Ppad uses Qi/MagSafe wireless charging, so Qi-compatible Android phones can charge on that pad, but without magnetic alignment.
