Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed on the following business day.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping and delivery timeframes.

Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required, and no additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

United States and Canada: 5–10 business days
International (all other countries): 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to become available and update within the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, such delays may occur.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.

Shipping

Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

  • Economy: Ships within 9 days, arriving 10 business days after the order was placed.
  • Standard: Ships within 5 days, arriving 6 business days after the order was placed.
  • Preferred: Ships within 3 days, arriving 4 business days after the order was placed.
  • Expedited: Ships within 2 days, arriving 3 business days after the order was placed.
  • Express: Ships within 1 day, arriving 2 business days after the order was placed.

North America

We charge a flat $4.95 on all North American orders when FedEx SmartPost shipping is selected . Expedited shipping rates are available at additional cost. We offer Ground (2-5 days) for $8.95, 3-Day Shipping for $19.95, 2-Day Shipping for $29.95.

We also offer Free Shipping on all North American orders over $200.

International

International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail International at a flat cost of $14.95. Please note that shipping does not include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country. If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

To return an item to us, follow the directions listed on the return exchange form included with your order. If you don’t have this form available, you can download one by clicking here.

For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions. Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.
